2003 Chaparral 280 Signture
This 2003 Chaparral 280 Signature is in nice shape. She is well equipped with twin engines, bimini and air-conditioning.
This stylish pocket cruiser made good on Chaparral's claim of quality construction and roomy accommodations. The 280's wide 9-foot, 6-inch beam ensures a more livable interior as well as a large cockpit. A handsome boat on the outside, the interior sleeps six: two in the forward V-berth, two in the aft cabin and two more when the dinette is converted. She has a nice, well-equipped galley and the head is surprisingly roomy. Privacy curtains separate the sleeping areas from the main cabin, and the upscale decor is a blend of cherry joinery, designer fabrics, and vinyl wall coverings. In the cockpit, the helm has a tilt wheel and dual flip-up seating. A walk-through windshield provides access to the foredeck. Additional features include a transom storage locker, cockpit entertainment center, radar arch, and a well-designed engine room.
